Awards and trophies as encouragement

Encouragement and inspiration is needed by everyone to get to the height of success. Whether it be direct or indirect, a person need to be inspired to think, to act and to succeed. Well, I and some of my friends here were discussing on this topic just now and about how to inspire people, employee, colleagues, etc.

There are in fact, a lot of ways you can inspire or encourage people. Say for instance, you are the CEO of a company and you want to encourage your employee to work even harder and be creative when they do things, when they solve new problems and challenges. You can probably start an employee award, an award for the most creative employee or the most hardworking employee, just to take some examples.

Like wise, if we want to encourage a team to work harder or try harder, you can reserve a trophy or something for the best team in an organization.
