Taking nutritional diet for good health

To stay healthy, as we all know, we should exercise daily and of course follow a proper diet. Well, as many of us know, many people try to eat less and remain thin rather than eating right and stay in shape. We should try to be healthy and take care of our health rather than being skinny. We should plan our diet in such a way that our body gets all the required nutritions like proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates etc which is absolutely necessary for our body.
